i first saw one of these contraptions when i was with my family at sequoia national park last year. at first i thought it was some kind of pooper-scooper, but then to my amusement, a woman used it to scoop up some snow into a perfect snowball and throw it at a friend. the sno-baller® can be purchased at plow and hearth for just $8.95! it says it can also be used at the beach, but i don’t really know if i’d enjoy sand balls as much as snowballs 😛

i’ve decided that a simple dress best fits the beginnings of this simple blog. i noticed this dress when it first came out but i was turned off by the price. now, what makes this dress so great is the fact that it’s 70% off! at $55.20, the clu long sleeve bubble dress is adorable with the subtle balloon hem while still casual and comfy enough for running around in a pair of ballet flats. i would probably just wear it with heels and the red leather juicy purse i’ve been carrying everywhere these days. it comes in chocolate and sage but unless you’re a size m, you’re out of luck if you like the sage color.
